We're pleased to announce that this autumn term we'll be launching subject-specific regional networks. These are free network events which aim to support you in the delivery of our BTEC qualifications.
These networks will be facilitated by a Regional Quality Manager (RQM); one centre will host the network, which will be available for all centres in that area to attend. We hope that these free networks will provide an opportunity for you to share good practice and a forum for us to distribute information to you all on the latest news, developments and support available.
Initially, these regional networks support a select number of sectors that you have expressed interest in:
• Applied Science
• Art and Design
• Engineering
• Business
• Health and Social Care
• Information and Creative Technology
• Performing Arts
• Sport
The events will be delivered in regional groups, subject to demand. Full details of dates and locations, and an agenda, will be available in September; however, we anticipate that they will commence mid-October.
You can register your interest in attending these by filling in our BTEC networks form, where you can also suggest other sectors to be included. This will capture the information we need to ensure we support you fully going forward.
