Travel and Tourism
The new Travel and Tourism qualifications have been developed collaboratively with the SSC People 1st. After consultation with learning providers and employers, People 1st initiated these developments to ensure a consistent approach to delivery in this area going forward that best meets the needs of the sector.
The qualifications are accredited now and will be available from September 2011.
Care
Following a review from the Sector Skills Council, we’re also currently reviewing our Caring for Children and Health and Social Care qualifications and looking into offering a collaborative qualification from September 2011 onwards.

Launch events designed to support centres
We will be running launch events in June to look at the changes between existing and new units. These free half-day events will be in Birmingham, Manchester and London and will be supported by podcasts for those unable to attend. Existing centres will be given priority. |
