The Real Business Challenge (RBC) is an annual enterprise initiative run by Coca-cola Enterprises (CCE) where students work in teams to tackle a business challenge, from designing a new product to identifying a new location for a manufacturing site. It's designed to give students an opportunity to practise skills - from teamwork to presentation skills - that will give them a competitive edge in the job market. WorkSkills centres can use this as a way of achieving the Level 2 Unit 16, Working in a Team.
