Since August 2010, all new National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are accredited within the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). The information here is for learning providers currently delivering National Qualifications Framework (NQF) NVQs and Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) SVQs.

NVQ (NQF) qualifications are being phased out and are no longer available for new registrations. The information below is for learning providers currently delivering NVQ (NQF) qualifications. For information on the new QCF NVQs, please see our NVQ and Competence-based qualifications (QCF).

SVQ (SCQF) are available for new registrations.
We currently offer Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) in the following sectors: Business and Administration, Catering, Hospitality and Professional Cookery, Customer Services, Management and Team Leading, Logistics, Retail, Providing Financial Advice and Road Passenger Transport.
