Speaking, Listening and Communication handbook updated
We’ve been listening to your experiences of teaching functional skills, and as a result, we've updated the Functional skills English handbook to make it easier to use. The new information in the handbook addresses the administrative arrangements and quality assurance requirements for Functional Skills English Levels 1 and 2 - Speaking, Listening and Communication. We've also updated the Functional skills administrative support guide, confirming that there are no registration deadlines or late fees for Entry Level functional skills, as at these levels functional skills are roll-on/roll-off qualifications. Entry deadlines and late fees remain for functional skills at Levels 1 and 2.
