BTECs are evolving - and a launch event to support you in delivering these new qualifications for 2012 is coming to the north east!
On Thursday 29 November 2011, we’re hosting a free half-day event in Newcastle which will provide:
• an overview of our proposition for BTEC Level 2 Firsts from 2012
• details of the support on offer
• an opportunity to discuss your questions with our BTEC team.
We will also give an overview of qualification structures and assessment, with some initial information on unit content, and will be following up in spring 2012 with sector events examining draft specifications and sample assessment material.
This event is relevant for centres delivering the following BTEC Level 2 First subjects:

• Engineering
• Health and Social Care
• ICT
• Performing Arts
• Sport.
