New quality assurance arrangements for ESOL, Entry Level ALAN and Entry Level functional skills
With the new quality assurance arrangements, you will no longer need to complete the centre self-assessment reports (CSAR) and pass lists for ESOL, Entry Level ALAN or Entry Level functional skills. These have been replaced with an annual standards verification visit that will focus on the internal verification processes in your centre and include sampling of assessments.

The Deployment team are currently allocating your new standards verifiers, and the QA handbook and guidance and instructions for conducting the test will be available on the website shortly.
