Confirming receipt of BTEC and NVQ awards

All awards received should be checked for accuracy. A personalised form SA6, ‘Awards Receipt Acknowledgement’, is issued with the awards. This should be returned to us, along with the certificates, only if errors are discovered. Any necessary amendments will be made and corrected documents will be sent to you.

Amendments to a certificate requested more than one month after the certificate was issued will be subject to a duplicate award fee, applicable at the time the request is received.
