Our academic qualifications are designed for learners from primary school level through to secondary school. They provide challenging learning experiences while being straightforward to teach and flexible to deliver.

expand Edexcel International Primary Curriculum (recommended for ages 8-11)

Designed specifically for international schools, the Edexcel International Primary Curriculum is available for English, Maths and Science. Based on the UK National Curriculum Key Stage 2, it gives learners a well-rounded education while giving teachers an easy-to-implement framework and an easy way to monitor progress.
expand Edexcel International Lower Secondary Curriculum (recommended for ages 12-14)

Designed specifically for international schools, the Edexcel International Lower Secondary Curriculum is based on the UK National Curriculum Key Stage 3. It provides excellent preparation for International GCSEs and GCE A levels (or equivalent) through a structured curriculum for English, maths and science. 
expand Edexcel ALAN – Literacy and Numeracy: Levels 1 and 2 (recommended for ages 13+)

ALAN qualifications have been designed to test students’ functional abilities in literacy and numeracy. Equivalent to an International GCSE, these stand-alone qualifications help young adults build solid skills for the future – and aid students in their study of other subjects.

Our suite of 39 Edexcel International GCSE subject qualifications is aimed at 14- to 16-year-olds and is renowned for learner engagement. The General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) is aimed at learners aged 14-16 and is usually taken after a two-year period of study. Spanning a range of subjects at both short-course and long-course levels, our Edexcel GCSEs are designed to engage and motivate learners with modern and relevant content developed by experts.

Our Edexcel GCE (AS and A level) qualifications are designed to provide a broad educational basis for further education or for moving into employment within a specific sector. Studied over two years, these prestigious qualifications are recognised all over the world and provide direct access to university education (particularly in the UK).

The Edexcel International Diploma (ID) is a unique combination of Edexcel academic and BTEC vocational qualifications that creates rounded students equipped with the key skills, knowledge and behaviours that are needed for success in the 21st century.

All our academic qualifications have their own specifications giving you all the key information needed to complete each qualification, such as learning outcomes and assessment criteria, as well as essential advice and guidance on delivering the qualification. In addition to this, we’ve produced a wealth of free material, including schemes of work, sample assessments, teacher support materials, mark schemes, examiner/assessor reports and much more.
