We're proud to be the only awarding organisation to offer both academic and BTEC vocational qualifications to international learners. Quality measures that benefit you
 
We are answerable to the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual), the regulator of standards for UK education, so you can be sure that we're always offering appropriate education at the right standard.

• We also work with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) to make sure our internal procedures, regulations and guidance are consistent regardless of location, ensuring learners receive the best support possible.
  
  
• We adopt a uniform approach to the examinations and assessments, so no matter which country or school our exams are taken in, they're marked centrally in the UK to
  ensure consistent marking and grading.
  
  
• We adhere to rigorous internal and external quality measures to ensure that our qualifications are valued and recognised by universities and employers at an international level.
  
  
• In order to meet the high standards expected by Ofqual, our specifications are developed by expert contributors, including highly experienced subject specialists, industry professionals and examiners.
