The Financial Skills Partnership has for many years gathered employers across the industry to develop benchmarked competency suites, known as National Occupational Standards (NOS). As a result, employers in the sector have access to high quality competency frameworks that support the development of job descriptions and can help to create a structure for appraisals and performance review.
