Skill Funding Agency statement on minimum contract levels for Apprenticeships
The Skills Funding Agency has released a statement on its website about minimum contract levels policy which confirms that although MCL policy will apply to all Apprenticeship providers, exemptions will be made where the application of the policy can be shown to have a detrimental effect on the prospects of Apprenticeship delivery.
