We’re personalising our telephone numbers

We’re making some changes to help you get in touch with the people best placed to answer your question. Our teams specialise in looking after teachers, exams officers and work-based learning providers.

We’ve replaced the many ‘qualification’ lines with a single number for exams officers. When you call this number, you’ll be connected to your account specialist.

In May, we’re also launching subject-specific telephone lines for teachers, and the old ‘qualification’ lines will close. If you call these numbers you will hear a recorded message, asking you to call the exams officer line (below).

	Edexcel’s exams officer community. Discuss topics related to administering Edexcel qualifications with peers from other schools and colleges. You can log in using your Edexcel Online username and password.
